Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Package
Securely pack your T-Rex Ultra 2 device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
